PM Series
Phillips PM fuel transfer fill station is a Tank, wall or pad mountable fuel oil fill transfer spill containment system. It is designed to contain oil spills specifically for those instances where an inside tank is filled from the outside. When used in conjunction with a flush mounted through the wall hook-up, this solution protects fuel supply lines from damage, vandalism or unauthorized access. Since our fill boxes can be easily accessed, their compact design allows for tank refilling without infringing upon property lines, and they can fit in where there is limited space available for filling operations.

APM Series
Our APM Series Tank Fill System is a Wall, Tank or Pad Mountable system. It is a compact, economical solution for the simple filling of above ground storage tanks.
Easy to access, and equipped with spill prevention and optional tank overfill prevention controls. The system includes all valves and fittings necessary to allow fuel transfer via a hose connection from a pumper truck to an above ground storage tank.
